There is some good news, though, strange as it may seem. For two mornings in a row I got up in time to take a walk for an hour before heading out to the shopping center to go to work. That felt good. I didn't quite make it this morning, though. I like to get regular exercise. I enjoy walking nearly every day for at least an hour and miss not doing it. But my excuse this morning was that the sky was cloudy so it's still rainy. It rained last evening. And once I'm back to walking regularly, I want to run again, but wearing flipflops instead of thick running shoes, since I'm not convinced it's better to go the barefoot route. Not really barefoot, of course, because of rocks and broken glass, but minimal running shoes. I didn't buy Vibram 5 Fingers, but simple flipflops should do once I've gotten my lower legs and feet muscles in better shape just from walking. You don't need hgh supplements if you do intense regular exercise.
