Bird flu comes again to Thailand

Thailand's been troubled by a recent resurgence of bird flu, just when it appeared that they'd gotten it under control.

Two people have been confirmed dead of avian flu in the past few weeks.

Many others were put under observation. Turns at least two of them did not have bird flu.

3600 people were put under "health quarantine." I'm not sure what that means, since I really doubt that Thai authorities have tried to keep 3600 people locked in their houses.
