Ebola kills gorillas too

The enclosed story is interesting when you think about all the people
who say that emerging viruses such as Ebola are nature's way of
getting rid of people. Or the rain forest's way of protecting itself
from people.

And of course there's the wonder Dr. Pianka who wants terrorists to spray Ebola over the entire globe so 90% of the human race is wiped out.

So what do these folks say when Ebola wipes out gorillas just as ferociously as it kills people?

Only the gorillas don't know enough to stay away from each other to keep from transmitting the virus?
